Sad news out of Atlanta this morning - longtime Braves broadcaster Skip Carey died in his sleep last night.
While I never was a Braves fan, Carey was a big part of my early life as a baseball fan. He called Braves games on TBS, which I watched regularly during my summers growing up, because, well, I liked baseball.
R.I.P. Skip.
