Late preview from our Port Washington HS football correspondent Tony on Port's big playoff battle with New London on Saturday:
Ok here is how I see it. Did some “light” scout work and here is what I found.
New London has some real players at the skill positions but are lacking everywhere else. The key for PW is going to be pressure, they have got to get into the Bulldog backfield. If Hass has time to toss it PW’s weak secondary will be exploited. They also have a solid running attack. Last week they dismantled Fox Valley Lutheran 41-7. The Bulldogs are a senior led team with 30 on the roster this week.
PW has been running the ball well the last couple of weeks, they need to establish this early and keep the Bulldog offense off the field. Plus establishing the run has led to some great play action plays downfield.
PW- 18 New London – 13
If this is a shootout PW will lose.

Totally uninformed opinion however one thing I am sure of is that each team will either miss a PAT or a 2 pt conversion since it is high school football after all.
at least had Ports 18 right
