But using his idiocy to pigeon-hole all of the Wisconsin Public School Systems is like using the idiots in LF at Wrigley who throw food/beer/fecal matter on opposing teams players to say all Cubs fans are morons.

In fact, in 2006-2007, Wisconsin ranked 8th amongst all states, whereas Illinois ranked 35th, and Pennsylvania (which is where I believe you are from, WV) ranked 10th.
