Your Calgary Stampeders, or "Stamps" as they are called, beat the Montreal SomeWierdFrenchWord 22-16 for the Canadian Football League's Grey Cup. Ex-Bears scrub QB Henry Burris was the MVP. The only other guy I recognized was Burris' top WR and ex-Buckeye, Ken-Yon Rambo. Now there's a name that just sticks in your brain. Only saw the last 4 minutes, but it was actually pretty entertaining. I forgot the WRs can run up to the line before the snap, a la Arena football. It also took someone punting on 3rd and 16 for me to remember they only have 3 downs to get a 1st. I was like: "WTF are these guys punting on 3rd down?? Those crazy Canadians!" My bad.
The real highlight was during the on-field celebration. On multiple occasions, the camera guy caught numerous 4-letter bombs clear as day - for all of Canada and the United States to hear. Classic moments in CFL history, I'm sure.

I believe you mean ex-Packers back-up great right?
Henry Burris was a Packer too? Ouch.
Oh yeah, 2001. "Turd" string QB and practice squad magician. Then we was cut and the Bears thought they had finally replaced Sid Luckman.
I remember when some Bears fans thought Moses Moreno was going to be the saviour.
