see, the cubs clinched a long time ago, so i have some time on my hands...
it's kind of like when your football team has a bye in the first round in the playoffs. it's mildly boring.
4 days is a long time ago? Hunh...are you sure you aren't a closet Crew fan?
all of these posts are in the last 4 days, for our purposes ... yes (and it was a foregone conclusion they'd clinch a few days before that).
not a closet crew fan, but a former wisconsin resident.
Here's an idea. Why don't you find a way to get Cubs fans to chill out and stop murdering each other?
And while you're at it, teach them the game of baseball, and that you don't have to be drunk to watch it. That's what bars are for.
um, ok, i'll get right on that.
and then i'll work on getting parents to stop taping jerseys to their kids. wait, that wasn't a cubs fan.
@ Wrig
Fair enough...I was thinking of looking at publish dates but I had too many other blogs to read and an aversion to working today.
Also, wasn't that a Packer fan (and not necessarily a crew fan) that taped the kid to the jersey/chair?
yes, but i couldn't identify any nefarious deeds done by brewers fans (off the top of my head). but you all are packers fans up there, so it counts.
touche...I bet that guy is a J-E-T-S fan now though.
actually, let's look at it another way. would you prefer that cubs fans ignore the brewers the same way we do the pirates, astros (until recently) and even cardinals these days?
it's a sign of relevance. take it as a compliment.
Also... You do a decent job of not being a nasty prick... which is more than can be said about a lot of posters... Like me!
i may put that on my resume.
