USA Today ran a story this morning as every major publication is beginning to highlight the NFL season which starts tonight. It's one of those "10 questions to be answered" type of articles.
And of course (get used to it), here is question #1:
1. Who winds up with more wins this season, Brett Favre or Aaron Rodgers?
The answer is obvious...but I'm still going to throw this up to a poll.

Aaron Effing Rodgers.
Rodgers: 2 regular season appearances, 2 injuries.
I'll say Favre.
I'll go with Rodgers. I think they are both lookign at between 5 and 9 wins.
I don't think the Packers are goign to be as good as last year. Even if Favre was the starter, I would see a 9-7 season. If Rodgers goes 9-7, which would be great, there will be too many people saying he is the reason for 4 less wins and not say anything about aging corners, a debateable O-line and a tougher non-division schedule.
Matt put on knee pads, get on your knees, or grab your ankles b/c Favre needs to get serviced.
Aaron "F U Brett" Rodgers
Anonymous, insightful as always.
Again, thanks for reading.
Assuming they both play roughly the same number of games, I'll say Rodgers. I think Favre's streak ends sometime this year as well.
I'll take Favre.
I'd be extremely happy with a 9-7 record this year, and hope that Rodgers gets all 9 wins. I'll have to take Mr. Rodgers, here.
Rodgers, but it's close...
Rodgers.
Anyone remember who's on the cover of Madden? Favre. The Madden curse never fails. Brett gets hurt, Jets win 6. Even with an easy schedule.
Packers 10-6
Benton Harbor, Michigan should be renamed North Gary. St Joe's, Mich...quite pleasant
It will be fun to watch how much the Packers suck without Favre. He made mediocre lineups look good for years.
Favre 10 wins Rodgers out with an injury by the 2nd game.
Maybe if the Packers suck ass again they will stop pre-emptive a fucking penant race for shitty preseason garbage.
preempting that is.
Anyone find it intersting that Flynn was named the number deuce ahead of Brohm?

Fact: I have been to Wisconsin three times since 1994 and the locals only cared about four things -- Favre, eating, drinking and the Packers. In that exact order.
Fact: For all we know, Aaron Rodgers is the next Kyle Boller.
Fact: Rodgers will have more pressure on him in Week 1 -- Monday night, ESPN, Lambeau Field, Vikings-Packers -- than any American has faced since John F. Kennedy during the Cuban Missile Crisis. OK, I'm exaggerating. But not by much.
So why do I think the Packers will be fine? Because you can win 11 or 12 games with a below-average QB as long as his supporting cast is really good. (See: Grossman, Rex.) Well, I like this Packers team. It can survive even if Rodgers flounders for a few weeks. Which he probably will. As long as he doesn't have a nervous breakdown -- and I'm not ruling that out -- the Packers can finish 11-5 or 10-6
I will take Rogers
