If the Brewers were thinking of making up any ground in the NL Central this season, now might be a good time to start.
The Cardinals are currently without Wainwright and Poo-Holes for a few weeks, and the Cubs just lost Soriano again with an owie on his hand - he might be gone 6 weeks.
Of course, the Cubs seem to play just fine without Soriano, and Lord only knows how the Cardinals win ballgames on a nightly basis, so this probably won't matter a bit.

I beg the question (along with all the ladies in Milwaukee): Is Hardy going to be OK?
Ned said he would be fine, so no he will not be OK. In fact, he's probably dead already.
I, for one, would love to buy Jeff Bennett a beer. No one crystallizes my hate for the Cubs quite like Soriano.
crystallized hatred wow. Are you the guy with the used batteries in his pocket when the Cubs come to town?
To be clear, it is not official Chuckie Hacks position to root for injuries on other teams, no matter how crystalized the hatred might be.
i'm sure jeff bennett would love to have a beer with you. Hell, he needs you. He's a mess without you. He misses you so damn much. He misses being with you, he misses being near you. He misses your laugh. He misses your scent; he misses your musk. When this all gets sorted out, he thinks you two should get an apartment together.
