Why? I'll tell you why. He got one of his clients who has a blown ACL drafted in the 4th round of the draft. Our boy Jack Ikegwuonu.
Jack has to be breathing a huge sigh of relief this morning. Talk about a roller coaster ride to draft day. Declare a year early, projected as a second rounder, blows out his knee, then he still somehow gets his name called in the 4th round. I don't know how it could have been better for him given the circumstances.
Bucky didn't do well overall in the draft however...but at least a few of the guys will be getting paid.
Knowing Rosenhaus, he will probably get Jack signed to a 3 year guaranteed deal or something. Don't forget, this guy got Willis McGahee 16 million in the first round when he couldn't even walk. Rosenhaus is a slimeball, but I'm a huge fan. I could listen to him give interviews all day. The guy is constantly on the top of his game and does not miss an opportunity to promote one of his clients.
