Marquette Struggles With Chaminade

Good Lord. Can I change my preseason prediction of MU winning 2 NCAA touney games to 1? Dom James being Dom James: 4-12 shooting, 0-4 from 3s, 11 points.

That Matthews kid sure is a good story- he put up 6 or 8pts this afternoon. It's nice a kid who was the 3rd best player on his HS team gets a chance to play D1 basketball.

Train, I don't know if you are kidding but Matthews was Mr Basketball in the state. Also his unselfish play is what makes him a solid player at MU. Wisconsin would take him in a heartbeat.

Dont mind Train...he's just a rosey-eyed Badger fan who's still mad Wes didn't stay in town.

Did the University of Oregon design Marquette's new unis? Jesus.

In the highlight I thought Chaminade was Marquette, until I saw a 5-10 point guard for Chaminade jack up a 3-pointer totally out of the flow of the offense. Then I knew that I had the teams mixed up.

I agree with Matt, those unis blow!

Anonymous- Mr. Basketball- indeed-so were his two teammates. Wes is/was a really good soccer player. Some thought he'd be better served as a field fairy.

Yeah, those unis are terrible

I stand by my comment about Marquette losing to Bucky...Trevon Hughes will show D. James what good basketball really is.

Train = Biggest Badger Homer Ever

We all know you would love to have Mathews on the badgers.

I think you had one too many cups of Bo's love juice

Don't keep thinking Bo was beating down the door at JMM HS for Wes Jr. There were limited scholorships that year and Landry and Krabby were first come first serve.

I'd take either over Jr and that's without hitting the love juice.
