The ghosts of Derek "Operation Shutdown" Bell haunt the Brewers again as they fall to the Pirates 9-0 at Pittsburgh. This brings thier all time record at PNC (which is a fine place to take in a game) to 19-41!!!! Thats just weird considering the ineptness of the Pirates since the Mike "Spanky" LaValliere era.

The Brewers got spanked in game 1 of the Reds series too and came back to win the series. They also lost game 1 of the Houston series in heartbreaking fashion, only to come back to win the next 2 games.
But since this is Pittsburgh they'll probably get swept. It's inexplicable - kind of like when the Packers couldn't win in Dallas, even when Jason Garrett was playing QB.
19-41 is pretty good.
