It's Aquino Time

14-0 Brewers, 8th inning.

Now, and only now, is it acceptable to trot Greg Aquino out to the mound. It might also be a good idea to get Matt Wise an inning.

UPDATE: On cue, Wiser enters the game and pitches a scoreless 8th. If Ned had a heart, he would put Capuano in the game for the 9th so he could pitch during a game the Brewers win for the first time since May. Assuming he can avoid a 14-spot in the 9th, of course.

UPDATE #2: Nope, it's Ray King in the 9th. He promptly pretends like it's the 7th inning of a close game and gives up a 2-run bomb, but settles down to strike out the side. Glad to see that Ray has maintained (perhaps even enhanced?) his belly during his time away from Milwaukee.
