After saying how Barry will probably switch to an AL club, Karl (my hair hasn't changed in 13 years) Ravich asked "who are the favorites?" Pete responds with: Seattle, Texas, and Kansas City. KANSAS CITY????? WTF?? Bonds finishing his career as a Royal?? San Diego Charger Johnny Unitas thinks that's lame. So does Raptors big man Hakeem Olajuwon. No F-ing way.
Oh, then Gammons had to squeeze in that Boston's Mike Lowell is 4th in his AL MVP voting. Shocking.
