Me watching the top of the 5th last night.
...the top of the 5th ends. Single, strikeout, wild pitch, hit by pitch, error (grounder ate Braun for lunch), single, exit Crappy - enter Parra, walk (on 4 pitches), single, walk (on 4 pitches), sac fly, 8-3. Ouch.
Some more recurring issues: hot start gets a 3-0 1st inning lead (on 2 bombs, no less), but have not had a baserunner reach second base since (currently the top of 6). Bad fielding by Dick Weeks (he has to throw out Kip friggin Wells at first), and Braun. Cappy probably should have been pulled in the 5th...but the bully is gassed - I'm not blaming Yost for not pulling Cappy here. Oh, and Kip friggin Wells is lighting us up: both on the mound and in the box.
FRUSTRATING!!!!! It's only the 6th, still time.

I feel like a drug addict watching this team, so high one minute, so low the next. I'm gonna have to go to the park tonite to get my fix. Who thinks Braun should have had that one?

At the minimum, it should have bounced off his chest.
You know if Woz was at 3rd he would have knocked it down. Probably would have airmailed the throw, but at least he would have knocked it down.
Did you just go 3rd person there? I like it.
What's wrong with 3rd person, that's Chuckies game. Woz can't handle Chuckies game.
I can vouch that in Woz's prime, which was awhile ago, he was pretty much a wall, whether he was going to make the throw was the question. I do remember him turning a 1-5-3 double play. Sometimes he used to grunt when he made long throws.
