Despite constant praise from Brad Chopp, Ned Yost doesn't crack one scribe's list of the top 12 managers in baseball. What do these guys know anyway?

Yost has never had a team that finished over .500. How could he even be considered in the top 20? I mean, I hope this year changes that, but I am in no way offended at his omission from the list.
