Well, those were two great games to attend

Man,the last two games were rough games to attend. Not going to lie, unlike Thursday,I was expecting victory last night. Just not in the cards. This team is teetering on the brink right now. Up to this point, I have been chalking it up to the general ebb and flow of the season, but as of now, I am worried that this season is going in the tank. Even the bullpen has been brutal of late. Just not good times right now.

The pitching is finally catching up to them, they were over performing in the early part of the season and if it seems to good to be true it usually is. Even if they somehow make the playoffs this year it will be another one and done, pitching wins in the playoffs and with a lineup of maybe a number 2 pitcher and the rest 4's or 5's there is no hope.

Where is the heat for Melvin? He constructed this team of #4 and 5 starters and a boom/bust offense. And like anonymous said, this is a poor formula for playoff baseball if we get there. Melvin's had like 7 years now, where's the heat?
