Everybody was cheating during his era. Guys like Bonds, McGwire, Clemens, Sosa etc. were just better on the juice comparatively than all the other juiced players were.
Just have a juiced-era wing in the Hall of Fame. Lump 'em all in there. They could even sell the naming rights to Tropicana or something.
