I know that some people complain about Bob Uecker these days regarding his play by play. And I'll admit that he seems to have more and more trouble with losing balls hit into the outfield as time goes by.
But the man still knows how to make a big call - his call of last night's McGehee "redeemer" grand slam was a classic, in my opinion.
Does anyone know how many career grand slams McGehee has?

I also loved how he referred back to McGehee's grand slam last night as a "bases loaded home run." Who does that? Bob does. That's who. And he's the only one who's allowed to.
who doesn't love Bob either way. i was on crackberry.com the other day getting ringers and came across a ringer for Bob's Ryan Braun game winning HR call at the end of last year!! just fantastic that someone made that into a ringer!!

Do you still have the link for that ringtone? would love to get my hands on that.
its a blackberry website called: crackberry.com. i think if you search 'artists' under 'free ring tones' you will find 'Bob Uecker' and there is only that 1 ring tone listed
