In other news, all-everything prospect Mat Gamel showed up to camp with another injury. This time it's tightness in his shoulder. This after having an elbow issue when he received his September call-up last season and some other injury issue in the AFL. Gamel is shaping up to be the Ben Sheets of position players. I know it's too early in his career to make statements like that, but not the beginning one would hope for. We need more soul owners like Braun.
I am a staunch supporter of Big 10 basketball, but 38-33 is insane. I didn't see the game, so I can't offer too much insight, but that had to be just an awful game to watch.

Seriously -- anyone who insists that the Big 11 is a better conference than the Big East should be forced to watch this game on an endless cycle, ala "A Clockwork Orange."
Even the "turds" of the Big East can manage 50 points in a game...

I would like to apologize for my insane remarks yesterday! After watching that game last night
(probably the worst game I have ever seen! ) I was wrong! My daughters 6th grade Basketball team scores more points than that! Therefor I say to you.....you sir were right and I was wrong! (Brad you were right also,but don't let it go to your head!)
