“I think it’s a ligament,” Bogut said.
I was actually somewhat excited about the upcoming Bucks' season. When I mean excited, I mean on a scale of 0 to 10...maybe a 3. But that was better then last year when my excitement level was 0...so there.
We dumped the two most hated players in Milwaukee, and drafted an athletic role player. The team resigns the steadily improving 7 footer, and things actually are looking up.
Anyway, here's to hoping it's nothing serious.
UPDATE: Well, it appears to be just a sprained ankle...and Bogut won't miss any significant time.

Luc Longley is availible, I believe.
I was kinda hoping the Bucks would leave town so we could concentrate on real sports...
NBA=Dead to me.The way they carry themselves (the higher-ups, not the players. I'm used to jocks being douchebags), the sonics travesty, and that it's over-officiated have made me give up.
Agreed. NBA's not even real basketball anymore. Hell, the Olympics hoops are more entertaining (mildly). Optimism in Milwaukee over our pro basketball team has been absent since 2000. Hopefully it returns, but it's not gonna happen overnight.
To me, the NBA's become WWE. Hi-flying giants with predictable plot twists.
I wish hockey hadn't destroyed itself. To me, the most exciting live sport is hockey; the problem is that it's nearly unwatchable on TV and the NHL has over-expanded. No team should exist south of the Mason-Dixon line. (I will give a reprieve on that to the Sharks. San Jose supports them very very well, and has smart hockey fans.)
This is why I'm glad my first love was and is baseball. The brewers are my favorite team, but I will go watch an American Legion game just to watch baseball...
Food for thought from a Rightfieldbleachers.com post from a couple of days ago (with a apology to WV... don't hate, interpretate)-
33 Runs, .305 BA, 7 HR, 33 RBI’s, 33 K’s - Gabe Kapler’s stats with about half as many AB’s as Fukudome (203)
69 Runs, .267 BA, 8 HR, 45 RBI’s, 90 K’s - Kosuke Fukudome’s stats with more than double the amount of AB’s as Gabe Kapler. (422)
$800,000 - Kapler’s Salary according to CBS Sportsline
$7,000,000 - Fukudome’s Salary according to CBS Sportsline
