Weeks to 15 day DL
I know some people are really down on Ricky, but this hurts. Dillon has a decent bat, but he is just brutal at 2b. Counsell isn't the answer. Maybe Billy Hall can find his groove at the plate while playing second. I am not sure why Hurricane Hernan Iribarren was moved to the OF from 2B. Is his glove at 2B any good? His bat looked decent during his earlier stint in the bigs. Oh well, lets take at least 2 of 3 from Houston and then have a huge homestand against the Twins, Jays and O's.

This is exactly why Hall shouldn't be traded. You need someone other than Counsell to fill in when these things happen.
But what do I know? Let's wait to see what the authoritative Michael Horne has to say about it.
If I were to look for a silver lining in the injury, it would be that this way Ricky can have a short rehab stint at AAA where he can maybe get himself right for the second half.
