Do the Southern League Playoffs Count?

SI.com's Tom Verducci with a short piece today about the importance of the MLB draft.

Here's an excerpt:

Braun (Milwaukee), Chamberlain (Yankees), Troy Tulowitzki (Colorado), Justin Upton (Arizona), and Clay Buchholz and Jacoby Ellsbury (Boston) all helped their teams get to the postseason within two years of being drafted.

Ummm....yeah.

Perhaps it's because Ryan Braun is so good that he exists on a completely different plain of consciousness as everyone else in the world. It's either that, or this guy was just wrong.

Maybe he purposly forgot our ugly meltdown last year. I know I'm trying.

Braun wasn't even born the last time the Brewers made the playoffs.

Braun helped his team to the post-season? Was I asleep for a few months last season? Did Milwaukee make the post season and someone just forgot to tell us?
