- Royals pitcher Brian Bannister (who just shut down the Tigers) got 1 question wrong on the math portion of the SAT. Steve Hawking wonders what happened on that one question.
- Anybody see Mt Bowa erupt last night? And he's not even the manager!! 3B coach for the Dodgers...throwing stuff all over the yard. Just another classic meltdown from Bowa
- Speaking of, how many more losses until Pinella goes ballistic? 4? 5? Lee Elia needs company. (Warning, dozens of 4 letter bombs about to go off).
- JD Drew, Prior, Baldelli, Nomar, Pedro, Rolen, Unit, Pavano, and Kelvin Escobar all on the DL. Good to see some things never change.

- Matty Wise: still a gas can. Lost the Mets first game by giving up a bomb in the 10th. I'm guessing it was on a 60 MPH change.

EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONLY SPRING TRAINING, I THINK SAN FRAN SMOKED THE CREW A COUPLE OF TIMES...DON'T BE SO HASTY ON THE SWEEP. APPARENTLY THE CREW HAS PROBLEMS PITCHING TO PEOPLE OVER 50...

Close Brad, the changeup Wiser threw was 74 MPH. The AB went Change, Fastball, Change, Change, ballgame. It was dude's first career HR, and he's listed at 6'0" & 170 Lbs. I swear I could go yard on a Wiser change........
