K bye Coach K...

...good luck with all your future endeavors.

In a SHOCKING move, the Bucks fire Coach Krystkowiak this morning. Wow! Didn't see that one coming. Apparently going 26-56 is not a good idea if you plan on retaining your job as a NBA head coach.

I'll bet you a cold blatz light that Coach K heads down to college...accepting a job at a nice school somewhere in the WCC or something. To bad you turned down the Utah job a few years ago hey Larry!?

It appears at this point in time that the Bucks are going after Scottie Skiles or Rick Carlisle. Either one would be good I suppose. Skiles is a notorious hardass, so I'm not sure how that would blend in with this massive ego-inflated team the Senator currently employs.

Anybody notice Bogut finished averaging 14 & 10...and they don't run the offense through him yet? I'm just saying...

I hope that's the last Bucks post.

I read this in the story on Yahoo Sports:

Kohl then signed off on Hammond’s first major decision, and Krystkowiak was out.

While I don't mind the decision to oust Larry K, I have to question whether Herb has learned anything at all. The ONLY time in the last 20 years that the Bucks have had a good team is when Herb had a real GM in who didn't care what Herb thought, Ernie G. If you are just going to hire a guy who has to run every single decision by you, then why hire anyone at all?

If Herb is still going to review and rubber stamp every decision, then he should just do the damn job himself. You hire a GM to run the team for you.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict that the Bucks are going to continue to suck ass until 1) Herb decides he knows absolutely nothing about basketball and keeps his nose out of the day to day operations, or 2) he sells to someone who actually knows how to run a basketball franchise.

Slee...that's not good news to hear...if that is true then it looks like nothing has changed.

As for the Bucks posts...I'll have to do one more when they hire the coach...it's only fair.

HP, when are you going to update your blog?
