Hunter Pence = Genius
Brewers Spring Training didn't get off to a good start with Yo getting hurt. But at least he didn't pull a Hunter Pence. Pence hurt himself walking into a sliding glass door which he thought was open. The glass shattered, Pence got lacerations on knee and hands. 911 was called. Outstanding! Baseball players and stupid injuries: a match made in heaven.

1. This isn't as dumb as the Clint Barmes falling-down-stairs-while-carrying-venison injury. Which ruined his career, mind you.
2. Normally, I'd say an incident like this at 9:30 p.m. would automatically involve heavy alcohol consumption. However, Pence seems like a goofy f*** - he's the kind of guy who I imagine could do this sober.
Good point, remember his collision with the wall on Weeks homer, it's only a matter of time until he runs into that flagpole on the hill.
How long until Windex offers him an advertising deal?

I wish reporters would speculate more about the real important areas of the stories.
last year, kerry wood just fell down in the hot tub. he's fragilay.
And people thought those commercials with the idiots saying "door open", and "treadmill on" were unrealistic.
Richie Sexson strained his neck while putting on his cap for "team photo day." Don't think he missed any time, but that's crazy.
