Here's a fun rumor about the Twins trading Joe Nathan to the Brewers. Internet rumors are suggesting that Bill Hall might go in return for Nathan.
This newspaper is notorius for making trades up, however, so take it for what it's worth...

I thought I saw that Nathan is a FA after this year...he could be a one year rental. A very good one, to be sure. That would be quite the offseason next year with Nathan and Sheets free agents...

I'd take that deal. I think Hall's year two seasons ago was an abberation I think that this past season is more like Bill Hall will be for his career. Plus, anything we can do to keep the gas can out of Derrick Turnbow's hands is a plus in my book!

With this rumor, the Garza/Young trade, and the Johan Santana stuff flying around, it seems MN is ground zero for MLB trades right now.
Maybe there is something to the Nathan talk....that'd be cool.
