UW an Underdog Against Illinois?

I wonder if a top 5 team has ever been an underdog (according to Vegas oddsmakers) against an unranked opponent in college football.

This might be a first. Illinois opened up as a 3-point favorite against Bucky for this weekend's game.

I guess Vegas is as confused about college football as the rest of us are after last weekend...

I'm putting up my house on this spread.

BET THE FARM ON BUCKY.

I haven't seen such a sure thing since AP's wife ducked under the table at McGinn's claiming she had dropped a quarter.

illinois beat indiana handily. indiana beat iowa very handily. wisconsin barely beat iowa.

ergo...

aw crap, there's logic in there somewhere.

I'm not sure what to think of this game- I sure as hell wouldn't bet my farm on it. If the D shows up and simply tackles it will be a solid win. If they fail to bring down the 'Juice and fail to contain the edges it could be a long afternoon.

OJ is not going to beat you with his arm. Fundamental tackling might just win the ball game for us.

That might be the funniest thing Woz has ever said. No, I mean literally. That was it....pinnacle of his humor there. Har.
